I. OBJECTIVES

By the end of this lesson, Ss will be able to:

1. Knowledge

- Gain an overview about applications of AI in education;

- Memorise vocabulary to talk about applications of AI in education.

2. Competences

- Develop communication skills;

- Be collaborative and supportive in pair work and teamwork;

- Actively join in class activities.

3. Personal qualities

- Be aware of the advantages of AI applications in education and stimulate creativity of students;

- Develop self-study skills.

4. Digital Competences (Năng lực số)

Students are able to:

· 1.1NC1a: Identify information needs; find data, information, and content in a digital environment (through watching a video about robots).

· 6.1NC1a: Understand how AI affects daily life and the role of AI in specific fields (specifically in the field of education/learning).

· 5.2NC1a: Assess needs and identify, evaluate, select, and use digital tools and technological solutions (when choosing suitable AI apps for learning).

· 4.3NC1a: Avoid risks and threats to physical and mental health when using digital technologies (recognizing the risk of dependence/laziness when using AI).
