4. PROCEDURES

A. Warm-up: (5’)

a) Objective: To introduce students to the topic of a healthy lifestyle and capture their attention with engaging and brief activities at the start of the class, leading to follow-up discussions.

b) Content: Make a list of dos and don’ts to stay healthy.

c) Expected outcomes: Students can give ideas about a healthy lifestyle.

d) Organisation of the activity:
